The White Marlin Open is over and the dust has cleared and what a wild ride this week has been. It definitely has to be one of most stressful weeks of the year but this year was a little more stressful. We were able to release a few marlins and boat a nice Big Eye that brought us a very nice paycheck. I would like thank everyone for the text, phone calls and messages. All the love and support for the RoShamBo is amazing. I would like to give big thanks to my mates Joey and Evan for all their endless hard work and grind and I would like to give a big shout out to my anglers for believing in me and all my crazy ideas. Tomorrow we are back to charter fishing and we will be grinding away until the next tournament at the end of the week. We are finally back home in Ocean City after a long week in Atlantic City, fishing the Jimmy Johnson Tournament. We started our week out fishing Ocean City Tuna Tournament last weekend and we had a strong showing in the OCTT coming in third place in the stringer division, weighing in a 195 lb Big Eye and 5 nice yellowfins. Our total stringer weights was 439 lbs of tuna. Last Sunday we loaded the RoShamBo up and we were off to the next circus in Atlantic City NJ. The weather was great all week thank God because we had to run over 100 miles each way to the fishing grounds. The fishing was not red hot but it was good. We were able to catch a couple marlins to finish 3rd in the release division. It’s been a crazy week with a lot of long days on the water. The sea bass season kick off today.
